I. “Her Care” Gift Distribution: Warmth & Love for All

As a heart-warming part of the festival, the “Her Care” gift distribution was successfully carried out. Festive greetings, beautiful bouquets and thoughtful gifts were delivered to every female employee, conveying the company’s care and bringing full happiness to everyone. The event was filled with warmth and joy.

II. “Her Power” Greeting Card Competition: Creativity & Affection

The “Her Power” greeting card competition, a touching segment of the series, was smoothly implemented as planned.

By 17:00 on March 5th, all departments had collected greeting cards from the Human Resources Department and organized employees to write exclusive blessings for their families. Every card carried love and gratitude, with sincere warmth in every word.

At the morning of March 6th, the Human Resources Department launched the online voting link. All female employees participated actively and selected the winners fairly and impartially.

From March 7th to 8th, the results were officially announced and posted on the Wish Wall in the staff passage. Meanwhile, all participating greeting cards have been displayed on the Wish Wall since March 6th until March 9th, becoming a warm scenery in the staff passage.

The competition awarded first, second and third prizes, and all winners received corresponding awards during the event, capturing beautiful festive moments with delightful surprises.

III. “Her Collaboration” Puzzle Competition: Perfect Teamwork & Splendid Performance

Centered on fun interaction, the “Her Collaboration” puzzle competition fully aroused the enthusiasm of female employees and was successfully completed in accordance with the plan.

By 17:00 on March 5th, all departments had formed teams of 5 female employees and submitted the rosters to the Administration Department on time. A total of 16 teams were formed as required, fully prepared for the competition.

On the afternoon of March 6th, the puzzle competition kicked off at the square in front of Building A3. All teams arrived in order and selected puzzles by drawing lots. With the start signal, team members divided tasks, cooperated tacitly and raced against time. The intense and lively atmosphere fully demonstrated the teamwork spirit and efficient execution of Top-link’s female employees.

The top three winning teams were selected based on completion speed and awarded activity funds.

After the event, all puzzle works were displayed in the staff passage for all employees to appreciate, freezing the wonderful moments of teamwork.
